Emergency Tree Work in Essex, Hertfordshire and London, 24 Hours
A tree down on a fence, a shed, a car or a roof does not wait for office hours. We are open 24 hours: call 07938 701177 and we will get it made safe.
What counts as an emergency
A tree or large limb that has fallen onto a building, a vehicle, a fence or a path; a tree that has split or is leaning badly after a storm; or a hanging branch that could come down at any moment. If you are not sure, ring and describe it. We will tell you honestly whether it needs us tonight or can wait for a proper visit.
Make it safe first
The first job is to make the site safe: the hanging or loaded sections taken down under control, and anything resting on a building lifted off without causing more damage. The full clear-up and any removal of the rest of the tree can follow.
While you wait
Keep everyone, including pets, well away from the tree and anything it is resting on. Do not try to cut a loaded branch or trunk yourself, because it can move suddenly when cut. If a tree has brought down power or phone lines, stay clear and call the network operator first.

Common questions about emergency tree surgeon
Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes. For fallen and dangerous trees, call 07938 701177 at any time.
Will my insurance cover a fallen tree?
Often, if the tree has damaged your property, but it depends on your policy. Take photos before anything is moved, tell your insurer, and keep our invoice. We are happy to describe the work for your claim.
A tree has brought down a power line. Can you help?
Stay well clear and call the electricity network operator on 105 first. Do not go near the tree or the line. Once the network has made the line safe, we can deal with the tree.
