Questions people in Chingford ask us
Do you cover Woodford Green and Chigwell?
Yes. We cover Chingford, Highams Park, Woodford, Woodford Green and Chigwell. If you are not sure, ring and ask.
Which council do I check with about a protected tree?
It depends on your address: Waltham Forest Council for Chingford, Redbridge Council for most of Woodford Green, and Epping Forest District Council for Chigwell. We can help you work out which.
Can you deal with a neighbour's tree overhanging my garden?
Generally, branches crossing onto your side can be cut back to the boundary, as long as the tree is not protected. Talk to your neighbour first, and we keep the cuts clean so the tree stays healthy.
