Questions people in Hertford and Ware ask us
Do you cover the villages around Hertford and Ware?
Yes, including Bengeo, Hertford Heath and Stanstead Abbotts, and further north to Buntingford.
Who handles protected trees in Hertford and Ware?
East Hertfordshire District Council handles Tree Preservation Orders and conservation areas in both towns. Many older streets in Hertford and Ware are conservation areas, so check before any work starts.
Can you top a tall conifer?
Yes. Reducing the height of a tall conifer, or a row of them, is a common job for us. Most conifers will not regrow from bare wood, so we will tell you how far yours can safely go.
